Community and Content Editor

Job Description

A full time role based in our London office, the Content and Community Editor is responsible for copy and content across all channels and media. Primarily focused on our inForm content platform, emails and social media channels the role will also involve community building/engagement, assisting with marketing projects, press requests and other special projects/events as required.

Working closely with the founders of a fast growing wellness business you’ll be exposed to all aspects of building and growing a business in both D2C and wholesale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Planning and writing longer form articles for our content platform, inForm across verticals including nutrition, wellness, travel and lifestyle.
  • Sourcing and creating/writing content for social channels (IG, FB, Twitter, LinkedIn)
  • Community building and engagement with followers on our social channels
  • Reaching out and maintaining relationships with expert commenters for content (articles and email courses) across wellness, nutrition and related fields
  • Management of IG, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn feeds
  • Creation and management of email campaigns and broadcasts
  • Writing and editing copy for marketing materials, internal documents and press materials as required 
  • Reporting on social engagement and performance
  • Assisting with Marketing projects, partnerships  and events

Prerequisites

Must have

  • Experience developing content plans and writing in a relevant space with a view to and understanding of SEO
  • Deep interest in wellness, nutrition and performance in general
  • Desire to work for a purpose-driven brand
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational/project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Desire to do the maximum, not minimum

Should have

  • CMS experience in WordPress or similar
  • Analytics experience (Google Analytics, Kissmetrics or similar)
  • Experience of a social media planning suite (Hootsuite, Planoly, Later, Agora)
  • Email automation experience (Klaviyo, Drip, Mailchimp etc)
  • A good eye, interest in aesthetics, brands and design
  • Some experience in producing graphics. e.g. Canva, InDesign, Unfold or similar
  • Interest in productivity, wellbeing and community building
  • Passion for environmental, sustainability and social entrepreneurship issues

Nice to have

  • Experience in wellness, food or drink industry
  • Video, shooting and production
  • Any kind of nutrition qualification, including just being well-read in the subject
  • Languages

Customer Service Assistant – Now closed

Job Description

A full time role based in our London office, the Customer Service Assistant is responsible for delighting customers both direct and wholesale.

This involves resolving customer queries and issues, liaising with suppliers, retailers, logistics partners, processing and invoicing of wholesale orders/leads and progress monitoring/chasing through to completion. The role can also involve retail staff training and in-store sampling as well as press requests and other tasks as necessary.

Working closely with the founders of a fast growing business you’ll be exposed to all aspects of building and growing a business in both D2C and wholesale.

Key Responsibilities

Dealing with and resolving customer service queries by email, chat and social channels

  • Liaising with logistics team to resolve any service issues
  • Responding to customer reviews on multiple channels
  • Acknowledging, processing and invoicing wholesale orders
  • Progress chasing wholesale orders, liaising with our logistics team
  • Progressing wholesale leads to first order completion
  • Monitoring of customer service levels and other KPIs
  • Ad hoc reporting in Excel, PowerPoint, G Suite or equivalents

Other Responsibilities

  • Assisting with Press enquiries, sending of samples and products for Press
  • Assisting with Marketing projects, partnerships  and events
  • Assisting with events and tastings
  • General office duties as requested

Prerequisites

Must have

  • Strongly customer focused and commitment to excellent service
  • At least one year experience in a fast moving customer facing role
  • Some experience of a helpdesk software, e.g. Zendesk or similar
  • Some experience of an ecommerce platform
  • Deep interest in wellness, nutrition and performance in general
  • Desire to work for a purpose driven brand
  • Degree level education and one years relevant work experience, or three years relevant work experience
  • Excellent written English
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational/project management skills
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Commitment to personal development and learning
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Desire to do the maximum, not minimum

Should have
