Kombucha is a 2,500 year old Chinese fermented drink made with tea, sugar, water and a culture of bacteria and yeast. It’s complex, unapologetically punchy, healthy and delicious. JARR spent 6 months sourcing the best ingredients; organic cane sugar from Brazil and organic loose-leaf tea sourced from two single estates in Sri Lanka and Taiwan. They brew, bottle, label and package everything by hand with a small team in their Hackney Wick brewery.
