While it’s hard to beat a green smoothie for cramming in those nutrients and setting you up for the day, sometimes your smoothie cravings are hankering for something a little bit more indulgent. Enter this heavenly fudge smoothie then, made with dates and peanut butter to get that moreish sweetness, and our flavourless Pureblend protein for a nutrient kick.

Ingredients

  • 250 ml oat milk
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp Pureblend
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
  2. Tip: first blend the dates with a small amount of milk to make sure the dates are turned into a paste, then add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
