In the summer of 2018, we were delighted to be granted B Corp certification as one of 3,000 worldwide brands (and the first UK protein brand) who meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental practice.<\/p>\n
On December 11 2019, as the UN Climate Change Conference, COP25 takes place in Madrid, we join companies including The Guardian<\/em> and Allbirds in pledging significant carbon reductions to pave the way for a net zero future by 2030. The movement marks the most accelerated climate action effort by as large a constituency of businesses in the world in an attempt to tackle today\u2019s severe environmental and economic unrest.<\/p>\n \u201cWe are facing a global emergency that threatens our only home and all our children,” says Kim Coupounas, co-chair of B Corp Global Climate Task Force. “It\u2019s time for leaders to lead. As the source and cause of the vast majority of the planet\u2019s greenhouse gases, the business sector is uniquely culpable for the climate crisis \u2013 and therefore responsible for demonstrating leadership in eliminating emissions and drawing down carbon as rapidly as possible\u201d<\/p>\n All B Corporation-certified companies sign a Declaration of Interdependence stating the belief \u201cthat all business ought to be conducted as if people and place mattered […] and thus we are responsible for each other and future generations.\u201d<\/p>\n In becoming a B Corporation, Form has made a legal commitment to conduct our business with consideration for the environment, and we pledge to reduce carbon emissions everywhere we can and offset those we can’t.<\/p>\n So far this year, we’ve made sustainable developments including a transition to compostable packaging and the omission of plastic scoops from our proteins, plus our reForm end-of-life reuse incentive for the glass jars our nootropics are stored in.
