This is in large part due to claims they can assist in weight loss, change body composition and improve athletic performance.<\/p>\n<p>There can be a lot of anecdotal information out there on this subject, so we wanted to share an article from the Journal of the International Society of Sports Nutrition to give an insight into some of the science on the subject.
