In other words, people were able to go for longer before fatigue set in. This is a key performance marker in endurance activities like running, cycling, and rowing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Protein is often associated with building muscle, but this study highlights its lesser-known role in supporting sustained performance.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"p1\">Lean Mass: A Modest but Meaningful Gain<\/h2>\n<p class=\"p1\">The analysis also revealed a small, though statistically non-significant, increase in lean body mass.
