Strawberries Overnight Oats
English Summer calls for strawberry and cream everywhere, so why not in your overnight oats? We recommend using a fruit spread that is free from added sugar like St. Dalfour and full of flavour!
Ingredients
- ½ cup Oats
- 200ml Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Performance/Superblend Vanilla/Pureblend
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
- Fresh berries
- Strawberry jam
- Coconut flakes
- Coconut yogurt
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl, then add the coconut milk, vanilla extract and combine together.
- Get a glass jar, layer the strawberry jam, oats mix, then top it with the coconut yoghurt and coconut flakes.
- Once assembled, let it soak for at least two hours in the fridge before eating it.
- If using Pureblend, please sweeten to taste.
