Chocolate Hazelnut Vanilla Swirl Bark
Super easy and quick to make this frozen yogurt bark is a perfect light and refreshing dessert to have in your freezer all around Summer.
Ingredients
- 400g Thick coconut yogurt (Important: use a good quality creamy coconut yoghurt with at least 80% coconut milk otherwise the digestive enzymes from our protein blends will dissolve the thickeners added to the yoghurt making it go liquid. We suggest Cocos Organic)
- 1 heaped tbsp Performance Vanilla
- 1 heaped tbsp Performance Chocolate Hazelnut
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 50g Dark chocolate chips
- 40g Roughly chopped toasted hazelnuts
Instructions
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Split the yogurt into 2 bowls, combine one bowl with the vanilla and the remaining with the protein powder and cocoa powder. Stir until smooth.
- Dollop alternative yogurts onto the parchment and gently swirl into each other. Don’t overdo it.
- Sprinkle with the chocolate chips and hazelnuts and place in the freeze to set for an hour or 2.
- Remove bark from the freezer, drizzle with the chocolate and chop into random sized pieces. Eat immediately or store in an airtight container or freezer bag, in the freezer. Snack on at will.
