Berry Olive Oil Smoothie

When olive oil smoothies were suggested to me, I confess that I didn’t think it was going to work as I didn’t want my shake to taste like a salad. However, the incredible health benefits of this superfood since ancient civilizations, convinced me to give it a try. The key for this recipe to work is to use a high quality extra virgin olive oil with a fruit and subtle taste – and if you are still suspicious, just add one tsp at a time.


  • 60g Frozen strawberries
  • 40g Frozen banana
  • 300ml Cashew milk
  • 30g Performance Vanilla or Superblend Vanilla
  • 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
