These tiny seeds have been consumed by humans for over 5,000 years and were a staple ingredient for the Aztecs and Mayans. Packed with fibre, protein (including all 9 essential amino acids), antioxidants, and omega-3 fatty acids, chia seeds offer numerous health benefits, including improving digestive health, reducing inflammation and promoting satiety. 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Frozen blueberries ⁠
  • 30g Pureblend
  • 2 tbsp Chia seed⁠s⁠
  • 300ml Almond milk⁠⁠
  • 2 Medjool dates

Instructions

  1. Blend all and pour into a glass.
  2. Optional: top with coconut yogurt and a sprinkle of chia seeds
