Do you need inspiration for your morning oats? We can always count on The Food Medic for great recipes to spice up porridge. The scoop of our plant-based blend will add 15g of protein and the orange will give you a vitamin C kick. This recipe might be worth saving for a morning where you feel under the weather (or you just need an excuse to eat chocolate).

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 300ml plant milk
  • 1 scoop Form Performance Choc Peanut
  • 1 orange
  • Dark chocolate to grate

Instructions

Cook your oats as normal. Simply add a scoop of our protein, place the orange segments on top and then cover with grated dark chocolate.
