Chocolate & Peanut Banana Bread

If there’s one good thing to come out of all these lockdowns, it’s being able to rekindle our love for baking banana bread. One of the most searched recipes last year, here’s our own banana bread creation with a Form twist thanks to the addition of our choc & peanut protein.


  • 1 cup self-raising flour⁠
  • 1/4 cup Performance Choc Peanut or Superblend Choc Peanut
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao
  • 1/2 cinnamon powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt⁠
  • 3 mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp oat milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional Toppings:⁠
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup choc buttons⁠
  • A drizzle of nut-butter of your choice


  1. Heat oven fan 180C⁠
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl⁠
  3. Mix wet ingredients in another bowl⁠
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients bowl⁠
  5. Bake for 40 minutes and enjoy!⁠
