Ingredients

  • 300g Silken tofu, drained
  • 160ml Coconut cream
  • 40g Performance Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Matcha
  • 2 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • ½ tsp Sea salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
To serve
  • Coconut yogurt
  • Coconut flakes/shredded
  • Raspberries
  • Shaved white chocolate (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a high-speed blender blitz all the Pudding ingredients together.
  2. Pour into 4 little pots, chill for a couple of hours or overnight to set. 
  3. When ready to serve, top with coconut yogurt, fresh raspberries, coconut flakes and a little white chocolate for added indulgence.
