  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons Form Performance Protein Vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseeds
  • 1-2 tablespoons cacao
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • 300ml almond milk
