English Summer calls for strawberry and cream everywhere, so why not in your overnight oats? We recommend using a fruit spread that is free from added sugar like St. Dalfour and full of flavour!

Ingredients

INGREDIENTS:
  • ½ cup Oats
  • 200ml Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Performance/Superblend Vanilla/Pureblend
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
  • Fresh berries
  • Strawberry jam
  • Coconut flakes
  • Coconut yogurt

Instructions

  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl, then add the coconut milk, vanilla extract and combine together.
  2. Get a glass jar, layer the strawberry jam, oats mix, then top it with the coconut yoghurt and coconut flakes.
  3. Once assembled, let it soak for at least two hours in the fridge before eating it.
  4. If using Pureblend, please sweeten to taste.
