Thanks to people like Nourishing Amy, we live in a world where you can have tiramisu for breakfast. This vegan pudding will set you up for a great day with 2 scoops of our Performance blend – 30g of plant-based protein – to keep you full right until lunchtime.


  • 50g buckwheat groats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1 tsp flaxseed
  • 2 scoops Form Performance Tiramisu
  • 90ml almond milk


Soak the buckwheat groats overnight before draining and rinsing with cold water. Then, simply blend all the ingredients together! Top with chocolate granola, figs and cacao nibs for extra indulgence.
