Fudge Smoothie
While it’s hard to beat a green smoothie for cramming in those nutrients and setting you up for the day, sometimes your smoothie cravings are hankering for something a little bit more indulgent. Enter this heavenly fudge smoothie then, made with dates and peanut butter to get that moreish sweetness, and our flavourless Pureblend protein for a nutrient kick.
Ingredients
- 250 ml oat milk
- 2 medjool dates
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Pureblend
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 5 ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
- Tip: first blend the dates with a small amount of milk to make sure the dates are turned into a paste, then add the remaining ingredients and blend again.
