Healthy snacks are few and far between. Fortunately, What Luce Eats comes to our rescue with these no-bake, gluten-free protein bars. Not only do they have 150g of oats but also they have 3 scoops of our Performance protein, meaning that these bars are perfect for people that are looking to up their protein intake in an easy, plant-based way.

Ingredients

  • 3 scoops of Form Performance Vanilla
  • 150g gluten-free oats
  • 5 tbsp maple syrup
  • 180g smooth peanut butter
  • 4 tbsp melted coconut oil

Instructions

Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor and then put in a baking tray. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes before cutting into squares. Enjoy! Remember to store in an airtight container in the fridge if you do not eat them all in one go.
