Damian Soong
Co-Founder, CEO.An experienced MBA educated entrepreneur, Damian has always run, started and raised funds for businesses driven by social purpose. Men’s Health named him a Nutrition Maverick and Protein Pioneer. With Form he has brought a social conscience to a self-obsessed industry, positively impacting the lives of some of the most underprivileged communities in the world. Outside of work you'll find him at the gym, on Peloton or out on a real bike.
Natalia Bojanic
Co-Founder, Brand Director.After 10 years as a PR Director working in the luxury industry working with LVMH and brands such as Jaguar Land Rover, Natalia left the corporate world to pursue her passion for human development. She is a qualified meditation teacher with wide-ranging training, from Nepalese monasteries to certification as a Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute Teacher – a programme born at Google and developed by thought leaders in Neuroscience, emotional intelligence and mindfulness.
Pete O’Donoghue
Co-Founder, Head of Operations.Peter previously worked on pre-launch strategy and operations for another successful UK nutrition brand. He has worked as a business consultant and coach in Europe, started a social enterprise working with young people in London schools and is the co-founder of cryptocurrency payments startup BottlePay, recently acquired by NYDIG.
Dr. Adam Collins
Head of NutritionA qualified nutritionist for 20 years, Dr. Collins holds an MSc in Nutrition & Metabolism and a PhD focusing on energy expenditure and body composition. He is Director of MSc and BSc Nutrition at the University of Surrey. His research interests lie in exercise nutrition, body composition and energy metabolism and current research includes exercise intensity, intermittent fasting and timing of food around exercise.
Vanessa Röhmig
Creative & Customer Operations ManagerVanessa is a certified naturopathic nutritionist having studied at CNM - College of Naturopathic Medicine. A qualified yoga teacher and self-proclaimed health and wellness enthusiast, you can often find her reading books on a wide range of topics from human design to psychology.
Hannah Kalmes
Social Media Co-ordinatorWith a background in digital marketing and content creation, Hannah is a creative thinker who has helped brands across the world find their own unique voice and audience. She has a passion for all things sustainability and wellness and is always looking for someone to try her latest batch of homebrew kombucha or seasonal ferments. When she's not working she can be found crafting, vintage shopping, or dog watching at her local park.
Melanie Birklbauer
Customer Service AssistantOur resident German speaker, Melanie studied digital design and marketing before moving to London. She's been at Form since day one and is passionate about nutrition and delighting customers. Mel recently returned to Austria to have a healthy happy baby boy and now looks after customers both retail and consumer from there. Outside of work Melanie likes tattoos, both giving and receiving!
