Hello….i had tried previously and liked the bar particularly the low sugar content! I do you protein powder every morning. I ate a bar few days ago and had a very strong reaction…. Head ache, sensation in my intestines and neck/head shortly after eating. I am thinking I had a reaction to the xylitol. I am taking a break for a while.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and share your experience Janaki. Our bars contain only a small amount of xylitol in the chocolate coating, which is generally well tolerated, but we completely understand that individual sensitivities can vary, – sorry to hear it wasn’t for you.
The ONLY protein bar that actually tastes great; without bad ‘filler and flavour’ ingredients. And it doesn’t give you that bloated feeling many other protein bars give you.

Tried both flavours of protein bar. Unfortunately they were the worst bars I have ever tasted! Taste and dry crumbly texture were simply unpleasant. The peanut one had hardly any peanuts and I couldn’t identify a convincing peanut flavour! So bad that although I ordered 2 of each bar, I threw them away. Appreciate experience is subjective and down to individual preferences but definitely not for me!
