Can I take Superblend if pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not recommended Superblend for pregnant or breastfeeding women due to the added vitamins.
Pregnant women are more at risk from fat soluble vitamins such as Vitamin A.
As Superblend contains 50% and Peakblend contains 17% of the RDA for Vitamin A, we are required to include this disclaimer, since it could be harmful if you over consume the product.

Love it!! It’s great for my kids morning smoothies or a quick go-to dinner option. We add loads of frozen spinach and frozen fruit…whip it up and it’s amazing!!! My husband isn’t so keen on having the kids “drink” their dinner but when I showed him how much more protein was in the smoothie vs other meat options, he was on board. Thanks for making such a yummy healthy blend!!

Tired of ugly, fake-tasting protein powders in hideous packaging, I tried Superblend in Chocolate Caramel and loved it. I mix with either water or water and a little regular milk (hope that’s not sacrilege around here!) and drink it after my long runs while training for a half-marathon. It’s tasty, not dusty or too sweet and makes me feel nourished and restored after completely draining myself of energy while running around London. I’m definitely converted.

I ordered the Superblend Protein in Chocolate Salted Caramel flavour due to a recent disappointment with my usual protein blend’s less healthy additive choices. That is how I came across Form. I was hoping to find a vegan, gluten and cholesterol-free nutritions blend with a complete amino acid profile and no nonsense ingredients. And I have to say that the ingredient list for this product exceeded my expectations. The powder mixes brilliantly with no solid bits left behind. But what adds an ever greater value to this product are the company ethics and the attentiveness of their customer service. I enquired about ways to better improve my shake and Damian was kind enough to email me back with some suggestions, such as adding cocoa powder and nut butter. My dialogue with the team and the unbelievable ingredient list have taken my heart. I now have my eye on the Performance Protein blend. Thank you very much.
