Chocolate Peanut Porridge

A classic combination and a go-to breakfast option! Here, we suggest mixing the protein after the oats are cooked so you can achieve the perfect porridge consistency.


  • 1 cup Oats
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Cacao powder
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Performance or Superblend Chocolate Peanut 
  • 4 tbsp Oat milk
Optional toppings:
  • Caramelised banana
  • Peanuts
  • Dark chocolate shavings


  1. Stir all the ingredients — except for the protein powder and oat milk— ⁠in a saucepan on low heat until creamy.⁠ ⁠Meanwhile prepare your protein cream by whisking together the protein powder and oat milk until there are no lumps.
  2. Once porridge achieves the desired consistency,⁠ remove it from heat and add in the protein cream, mix well. Transfer it into your bowl.⁠
  3. Top with your choice of ingredients and enjoy!
