A classic combination and a go-to breakfast option! Here, we suggest mixing the protein after the oats are cooked so you can achieve the perfect porridge consistency.
- 1 cup Oats
- 2 cups Water
- 1 tsp Cacao powder
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Performance or Superblend Chocolate Peanut
- 4 tbsp Oat milk
- Caramelised banana
- Dark chocolate shavings
- Stir all the ingredients — except for the protein powder and oat milk— in a saucepan on low heat until creamy. Meanwhile prepare your protein cream by whisking together the protein powder and oat milk until there are no lumps.
- Once porridge achieves the desired consistency, remove it from heat and add in the protein cream, mix well. Transfer it into your bowl.
- Top with your choice of ingredients and enjoy!
