Can I use Superblend as a meal replacement?
Can I take Superblend if pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not recommended Superblend for pregnant or breastfeeding women due to the added vitamins.
Pregnant women are more at risk from fat soluble vitamins such as Vitamin A.
As Superblend contains 50% and Peakblend contains 17% of the RDA for Vitamin A, we are required to include this disclaimer, since it could be harmful if you over consume the product.

I’d been told by a couple of friends how fantastic Form is so happily paid a little extra than my usual and gave it a go. Unfortunately I picked the Chocolate salted caramel flavour which was a mistake as i found it both too sweet and too salty which was… surprising. Couldn’t drink it.
Thank you for the feedback Keir, we’re sorry to hear you found Chocolate salted caramel Superblend protein too sweet for you. If you would like to tone down the sweetness for any of our blends a great way is to add 1-2 tbsp of cacao powder or a shot of espresso (the bitterness helps tone the sweetness down). Delicious, easily the tastiest protein I’ve tried. Toffee for the win!
This protein brand is one of the first I’ve had that doesn’t bother my stomach as I am Lactose intolerant. I’ve tried the toffee and chocolate salted Caramel and both taste great mixed with 300ml of water or plant based milk (I use Almond). It’s kept me full for a good 3hrs when I use it in the morning. Would definitely buy again :).

I really do like these powders – I had Tiramisu, vanilla and Chocolate Hazelnut. They taste very good, much less ‘earthy’ than some vegan blends do – they were much easier on my digestion too.
I will definitely be repurchasing and wholly recommend
