Can I use Superblend as a meal replacement?
Can I take Superblend if pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not recommended Superblend for pregnant or breastfeeding women due to the added vitamins.
Pregnant women are more at risk from fat soluble vitamins such as Vitamin A.
As Superblend contains 50% and Peakblend contains 17% of the RDA for Vitamin A, we are required to include this disclaimer, since it could be harmful if you over consume the product.

I’m very much enjoying Form’s shakes. I especially like that they are biodegradable and there’s no plastic scoop. They taste great and I look forward to them after a run or workout.
Ordered the Form Protein powder over 10 times now and every time the product quality was amazing. The flavours are great and the customer service is brilliant as well! Easily the best and defiantly worth ordering over other brands!!
Soooo how are we going to sit here and ignore the fact that this has 1.6g of sodium per serving?! AKA 1,600mg. This one serving is over the American Heart Association recommendation of 1,500mg per day. Wake up people.
Thank you for your feedback James, unfortunately there’s a mistake in your conversion. Our Superblend has 1.6g of salt which equals to 640mg of salt (not 1600mg). We’d love to use less salt but ultimately we have to balance between many factors, taste being one of them, and alternatives are just not up there yet in that respect. We don’t have plans to lower the sodium content but are always looking at options as part of our product development process. If you’re hoping to lower the sodium/serving, we would recommend using half a portion each time. If you’re hoping to bump up the protein, you could consider mixing it with Pureblend which is a simple mix of our protein blend.
