Is your Vitamin D vegan?
Yes. Form is a completely vegan company and as such our Vitamin D is vegan. While most sources are not vegan, ours is sourced 100% from algae, meaning it’s also a very sustainable method of production.

Immune system support
Wellness begins with being well. Multi supports healthy immune system function with Vitamins B6, B12 and Iron as well as an effective dose of Vitamin D3.
Sustainable, vegan source of Vitamin D3
Vitamin D is rarely vegan. Sourced 100% from algae, Vita-algae D® is an algae source of Vitamin D3. Farmed in Europe, ensuring complete control over its quality and purity, sustainable and responsibly sourced with no negative impact on the local environment, Vita-algae D® is the premium source of Vitamin D3.
Deficiencies in Vitamin D are associated with decreased immunity and increased susceptibility to infection1 Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, maintenance of bones and muscle function.
High strength sources of Iron and Vitamin B12
Vegans are at higher risk of deficiencies in Iron and B12. We include the highest strength Iron Bisglycinate which offers superior bioavailability of 90% vs standard Iron forms and is also easier on the gut. Vitamin B12 is included in the superior, more absorbable form of Methylcobalamin.
Source of Omega 3 Fatty Acids
We’ve included 40mg vegan DHA from algae sources. Omega 3 fatty acids and in particular DHA play a vital part in brain health comprising over 90% of the omega-3 fatty acids in your brain.2,3

You aren’t what you eat, you are what you absorb, and much of the goodness from food and supplementation can be lost through poor nutrient absorption.

I think these are great in terms of content, but the cellulose capsule leaves a really weird aftertaste. It would be great if the capsule could be changed.

The reason why the capsule may leave an aftertaste is due to the 2 sources of algae in our Multi formula, one for DHA and another for vitamin D3. We’ll definitely keep your feedback in mind for future product development.
Really happy I found this product. I had been using another brand of multivitamin, and whilst I did enjoy them, I needed to buy other vitamins separately to make sure I was getting everything I was looking for. When I found form, I was able to get everything in one – and at a lower cost. The vitamins and minerals included are fantastic, and all at really great doses. I also buy the protein powder from Form, so with my subscription, I am able to just get a refill on everything I need with one shipment. So easy. I would definitely recommend for anyone playing the long-game with their health, and wanting to take daily steps and support their future-self.
