Is your Vitamin D vegan?
Yes. Form is a completely vegan company and as such our Vitamin D is vegan. While most sources are not vegan, ours is sourced 100% from algae, meaning it’s also a very sustainable method of production.

Immune system support
Wellness begins with being well. Multi supports healthy immune system function with Vitamins B6, B12 and Iron as well as an effective dose of Vitamin D3.
Sustainable, vegan source of Vitamin D3
Vitamin D is rarely vegan. Sourced 100% from algae, Vita-algae D® is an algae source of Vitamin D3. Farmed in Europe, ensuring complete control over its quality and purity, sustainable and responsibly sourced with no negative impact on the local environment, Vita-algae D® is the premium source of Vitamin D3.
Deficiencies in Vitamin D are associated with decreased immunity and increased susceptibility to infection1 Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, maintenance of bones and muscle function.
High strength sources of Iron and Vitamin B12
Vegans are at higher risk of deficiencies in Iron and B12. We include the highest strength Iron Bisglycinate which offers superior bioavailability of 90% vs standard Iron forms and is also easier on the gut. Vitamin B12 is included in the superior, more absorbable form of Methylcobalamin.

We believe business should be a force for good – meaning we’re good for you and good for others too.
I was really excited to try these after I heard such good things and the incentive of recycling bottles. I had read before hand that some people struggled with the smell and at first they seemed okay. However, over time it has become harder to keep them down after a meal and has put me off continuing to take them. Really wanted to enjoy these but might require a stronger stomach.
Hi Leah, thank you for your honest and detailed feedback. It sounds like the DHA which is sourced from algae to be vegan. I’m sorry these don’t agree with you though perhaps you could try just one capsule, twice a day. Thank you again for your feedback.
I have been using Form Performance Protein solidly for over a month for post-workout recovery. I was so impressed with the positive effect it had on me, I also added the Form Multi Vegan vitamins to my daily nutrition routine. Form nutrition never fails! I’ve been taking the Multi vits for the past few months and it’s great to have a fail-safe combination of quality plant-based nutrition and minerals, specifically designed for vegans. Being vegan for over 6 years – this is one of the most comprehensive formulations around. Yep, the taste is somewhat to be desired but its seconds of a mildly unpleasant taste for a beneficial payoff.
