If there is a fault or issue:
Contact us on hello@formnutrition.com and we will resolve and send you new product right away.
If you’ve changed your mind:
You’re entitled to return the unopened product to us within 14 days of receipt. We’ll still refund you if it takes up to 30 days though. We’re nice like that. Contact returns@formnutrition.com for details.
Please note, it is in our terms that customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items at their own cost.
If you don’t like the product:
We want to help you not just like but love the product. Contact us at hello@formnutrition.com within 30 days of receiving your product and we’ll try to help you make them work for you.
Our money back guarantee policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you have received your product, we won’t be able to offer you a refund.
