We want you to love our products, but more than that we want you to love us. Our returns policies below are simple and designed with that in mind.
If there is a fault or issue:
Contact us on hello@formnutrition.com and we will resolve and send you new product right away.
Shaker leak-proof guarantee:
Our shakers are leak-proof guaranteed for 12 months from the date you receive them. If yours leaks when used as directed, send a short video of the leak and your order number to hello@formnutrition.com and we’ll send you a replacement. The guarantee covers one replacement per order. It doesn’t cover wear and tear, damage from dishwashers (the cup is hand-wash only), hot liquids or drops, or a missing or worn seal. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
If you’ve changed your mind:
You’re entitled to return the unopened product to us within 14 days of receipt. We’ll still refund you if it takes up to 30 days though. We’re nice like that. Contact returns@formnutrition.com for details.

If you don’t like the product:
We want to help you not just like but love the product. Contact us at hello@formnutrition.com within 30 days of receiving your product and we’ll try to help you make them work for you.
Our money back guarantee policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you have received your product, we won’t be able to offer you a refund.
