Protein + caffeine is a great combination for a pre-workout smoothie. We also added bananas for extra energy. Of course you can simply add a shot of espresso to the blender, but we think whisking Dirtea mushroom coffee, with Pure Via caster sugar and hot water is a nice ritual to your morning and makes the smoothie look better than a Starbucks frappuccino.

Ingredients

  • 300ml Almond milk
  • 70g Frozen banana
  • 40g Performance Vanilla or Performance Banoffee
  • ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon
For the Dalgona coffee:

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dalgona coffee by whipping all ingredients together using an electric frother until it becomes creamy and fluffy.
  2. Then blend the smoothie ingredients together, pour into a glass and place the coffee cloud on top. Enjoy!
