Bursting with fresh summer flavours, this green smoothie bowl is the ultimate get-up-and-go fuel, featuring Form’s protein, along with an endless cast of health-boosting foods including avocados, ginger, and fatigue-busting matcha.


  • 200g Frozen avocado
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Frozen kiwi
  • ½ cup Green grapes
  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 2 tbsp Pureblend/Performance Vanilla/Superblend Vanilla
  • 2 tsp Fresh ginger
  • 10 Fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Matcha
  • 5 tbsp Almond milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract


  1. Blend all the frozen fruit, mint leaves, and ginger in a high-speed blender until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the protein powder, matcha, vanilla extract, and almond milk until well combined forming a paste.
  3. Add the protein and matcha paste to the blender, then mix and blend one more time. Serve with granola and some lime zest. Enjoy!
