We’re presenting a vegan protein shake that could easily double as a dessert. @Onist Food shows how you can use our protein powder to make a post-workout snack or a treat with friends. It has the added treat of salted caramel without sacrificing on the plant-based goodness of cauliflower, banana and our protein.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 small heads of frozen cauliflower
  • 1 scoop Form Performance Protein Tiramisu
  • 1 cup plant-based milk
  • 2 tsp salted caramel
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tsp nut butter

Instructions

Blend all the ingredients together and serve with gently heated salted caramel for an extra treat.
