Toffee Protein Balls
We challenge anyone to find a healthy snack recipe quite as delicious as these Toffee Protein Balls. When we formulated our Superblend toffee flavour, one of our first ports of call was to make the perfect protein ball, and we’re pretty confident that this is it.
Harnessing the great taste and nutritional profile of our new Superblend flavour, these balls are also made with Marcona almonds – a Spanish variety that’s smaller and rounder, but most importantly softer and sweeter than your standard Californian fare.
Challenge number two with this recipe is to avoid eating all 25-30 portions in one sitting.
- 200g roasted Marcona almonds
- 30g Form toffee Superblend Protein
- ½ tsp of cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Himalayan salt
- 100g pitted Medjool dates
- 2 tbsp of coconut oil
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
