  • 40g porridge oats
  • 300ml plant-based milk
  • 2 scoops Form Performance Protein Tiramisu
  • 2 tbsp flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp yoghurt
  • A handful of frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp nut butter


Mix the oats, milk, protein and flaxseed together in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Top with yoghurt, blueberries and your favourite nut butter. Voilà!
