Vegan Mango Lassi
This Vegan Mango Lassi is a high-protein vegan take on the Indian classic, which is more commonly a yoghurt-based smoothie. Mango is a low-calorie, high-fibre fruit rich in vitamins A, C, B6 and E. The smoothie gets its thickness (and a bunch of added nutrients) from the frozen cauliflower, while also harnessing the healing powers of cardamom.
