Tiramisu Mug Cake
These are perfect when you instantly need the comfort of a cake, as they are ready in less than five minutes! If you are looking for a mid-afternoon pick-me up make sure to make the optional coffee soak for a caffeine hit.
Ingredients
- 15g Performance Tiramisu
- 25g Self-raising gluten free flour
- 1 tsp Cacao powder
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp Strong coffee
- 50ml Milk of choice
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- ¼ tsp Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Strong coffee
- 2 tsp Maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Yogurt of choice
- 1 tsp Maple syrup
- ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
- Dusting of cocoa powder
Instructions
- Combine the dry ingredients in a mug of choice.
- Combine wet ingredients in a small bowl.
- Add wet to dry and mix to combine.
- Microwave on high for 1min 20secs.
- Combine the coffee soak ingredients and poke a few holes in the sponge with a toothpick and pour onto the hot sponge.
- Mix the yogurt, maple syrup and vanilla and dollop on the sponge, followed by a good dusting of cocoa powder and enjoy!
