I love that it contains 30 g of protein, mixes well and perfect in smoothies and in my oat bowl. It is indeed sweet so I must mix it with berries or unsweetened protein powder and add some water. Then I have a super tasty meal or drink which is kind to my sensitive stomach. The vanilla flavour is excellent in high protein muffins.
An absolute staple and must buy protein shake. I have to start by saying – on my quest to find a suitable vegan protein shake, I have searched and tried every shake available on the market so far. This is hands down the best there is!! My personal favourites are Vanilla and Chocolate Hazelnut. Getting in my adequate daily protein intake has never been easier. Versatile, easy to prepare and tasty!
I’ve used two packets of Performance protein and I feel it is making a difference to my recovery. I’m a runner, 40-50 miles/week and struggled with injuries and stiffness/poor recovery. I also didn’t like the sound of protein powder due to additives that I didn’t know what they were or the taste. I forced myself to try Form after reading reviews and their company values and not just because it’s plant based as I am a meat eater. It actually tastes great (chocolate peanut) and I want to drink it. It mixes really easy, no bloat, easy to digest and I’ve ordered more! Fingers crossed I continue to feel/see the benefits. I bought the chocolate performance protein after reading reviews in various fitness media. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get in with the taste, I don’t find it too sweet as such, more so it has an overpowering taste of sweetener (hard to describe), with a lingering aftertaste of sweetener. To Form’s credit, they were extremely helpful in providing suggestions on how to prepare the drink differently, more cocoa, less powder, more fruit etc, but despite this I just couldn’t escape the taste of the sweetener. I now use the unflavoured, unsweetened powder, which I mix myself with cocoa, peanut butter, or fruit.
I have tried all of the flavours within the performance range and they’re lovely, mix well and very smooth. Absolute favourites are banoffee, hazelnut and peanut. Couldn’t recommend more highly
