Pistachio Matcha Overnight Oats
Pistachio and matcha may be a trendy combination, but we believe it’s an instant classic that is here to stay! We hope this overnight oats brings you sustained energy and joy.
Ingredients
- 200ml Cashew milk
- 1 tbsp Performance/Superblend Vanilla/Pureblend
- ½ cup Oats
- 1 tbsp Chia seed
- 1 tsp Matcha powder (we used Cloudcha Matcha)
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- Pistachio
- Pistachio butter
- Coconut yogurt
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl, then add the cashew milk, vanilla extract and combine together. Let it soak for at least two hours in the fridge, top with coconut yogurt, pistachio nut butter and enjoy!
- If using Pureblend, please sweeten to taste.
