Banoffee, Peanut & Cardamom Smoothie
Banoffee pie meets peanut butter cup with an aromatic cardamom twist. Frozen bananas provides fast-release potassium-rich carbohydrates for glycogen replenishment and natural caramel-like sweetness. Peanut butter delivers healthy monounsaturated fats and additional plant protein for sustained energy and satiety. Cardamom offers powerful anti-inflammatory and digestive properties alongside a warming depth that elevates the whole blend.
Ingredients
- 40g Performance Banoffee
- 80g Frozen banana
- 1 tbsp Natural peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp Ground cardamom
- 220ml Unsweetened almond milk
- 5g Form Micronised Creatine Monohydrate
- 4 Ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. Too thick? Add a splash more almond milk.
- Pour into a glass. Finish with a light dusting of ground cardamom and a drizzle of peanut butter.
- Use natural peanut butter (100% peanuts) — no added sugar or palm oil.
- Frozen banana is non-negotiable for the thick, creamy banoffee texture.
