Macadamia & Raspberry Smoothie
Raspberries are one of the most nutrient-dense fruits you can blend, rich in vitamin C, antioxidants and dietary fibre, with a naturally low sugar load that won’t spike your glucose levels. A small amount of frozen banana adds just enough natural sweetness and a thick, velvety texture without tipping the carb count. Macadamia nut butter brings a dose of heart-healthy monounsaturated fats to support sustained energy and keep you fuller for longer.
Ingredients
- 40g Performance Vanilla
- 50g Frozen raspberries
- 30g Frozen bananas
- 250ml Unsweetened cashew milk
- 1 tbsp Macadamia nut butter
- 5g Form Micronised Creatine Monohydrate
- 3 Ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy
- Pour into a glass. Finish with a light sprinkle of frozen raspberries.
- Using frozen raspberries and banana means a thicker, creamier texture.
