Craving something sweet? This Chocolate Pudding is tasty, high in protein and unbelievably creamy.
- 600g Silken tofu
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup
- 150g Vegan dark chocolate, melted
- 3 tbsp Performance Chocolate Hazelnut/Tiramisu/Chocolate Peanut
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Transfer to glasses and put into the fridge to thicken (ideally overnight)
- Serve with chopped nuts.
