A classic combination that also works beautifully in your smoothie! Peaches have a floral and fresh taste, so in order for the delicate taste not be overpowered by other fruits, we suggest using psyllium husk for thickening instead of other ingredients that might affect its beautiful taste. The cream on top and apricot jam are optionals, but they will definitely elevate your drink!


  • 1 cup Frozen ripe peach
  • 250ml Cashew milk
  • 30g Performance/Superblend Vanilla/Pureblend
  • 1 tsp Psyllium husk
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
  • 100 ml Plant-based Greek yoghurt
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • Apricot jam to decorate the glass


  1. Mix the greek yogurt with vanilla extract.
  2. Blend the peach layer, then pour the smoothie into the glass and then add the yogurt on top. 
  3. If using Pureblend, please sweeten to taste.
