Tiramisu Orange Energy Balls

If you are looking for a simple way to bring more flavour to energy balls, orange zest is a straightforward solution to refresh your taste buds. In addition, orange peels have more phytonutrients and flavonoids than the inner pulp. The peel also contains a potent anti-inflammatory and rich in vitamin A and C. A perfect treat to help fight infection and colds in the winter season!
Ingredients
- 150g Medjool dates
- 100g Roasted almonds
- 3 tbsp Almond milk
- 2 tsp Coconut oil
- 40g Performance Tiramisu
- 1 tsp Orange zest
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until all ingredients are well combined.
- Using your hands, squeeze and roll the crumble mix into balls.
- Optional: Coat balls in cacao powder and orange zest before serving.
