Chocolate Salted Caramel Pancakes

Ingredients
- 45g Gluten-free oat flour
- 45g Gluten-free flour
- 20g Superblend Chocolate Salted Caramel
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Cacao Powder
- 1/8 tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 medium Ripe banana (50g)
- 1 tbsp Melted coconut oil (plus extra for frying)
- 1⁄2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 200ml Almond milk
- Maple syrup
- Non-dairy yogurt
- Fresh berries
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients together.
- In a separate bowl, mash banana, add vanilla extract, almond milk & coconut oil.
- Add 2/3 of the dry mix into this bowl. Whisk. Add the remaining milk and the rest of the dry mix until you obtain a smooth batter.
- In a non-stick frying pan add some coconut oil, wait until it’s hot and fry the pancakes in batches.
- Stack the pancakes, add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
