Single Serve Chocolate Peanut Mug Cake

Ingredients
- 40g Mashed banana (1/2 small banana approx.)
- 15g Performance Chocolate Peanut
- 25g Self-raising flour/Gf alt
- 30ml Cashew milk or another plant milk
- ¼ tsp Apple cider vinegar
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tbsp roughly chopped pecans
- 1 tbsp Dark choc chips
- Top with a dollop of yogurt
- Sliced banana
- Chopped pecans
Instructions
- Add the mashed banana, milk, vinegar & vanilla to a ramekin and mix until smooth.
- Add in the protein, flour, cinnamon, nuts, half the choc chips, sea salt and baking powder and mix until combined.
- Top with remaining choc chips and extra pecans if you like and microwave for 1 min 20 secs on high.
