Usage
Wash thoroughly before use. Add liquid first, use the markings to help you add the right amount. Add Form protein powder as per instructions, then add ice if desired. Ensure lid is snapped closed, shake, and you’re good to go! WARNING – DO NOT use hot liquids. Hot or warm liquids may create pressure build-up causing the flip-cap to open and spray contents. Fasten securely before shaking and always open with care. We don’t recommend putting in the dishwasher. Dishwashers can warp, twist, and ruin shakers. A quick hand wash is easy and will keep in perfect condition.

Love the shaker! The health benefits of drinking from steel containers are a big plus as opposed to plastic shakers. Also the size makes it easy to take it on the go and have a yummy drink all day.

Not leak proof. Even when closed properly leaked all through my bag through out the day and had to throw many of the contents away. Will not be using again.

My frst Form Shaker after using quite a few others, I personally love the aesthetic and design! The mixer inside the cap also breaks up and mixes the powered extremely well, bonus points for it been detachable for easy cleaning!

This shaker is Magic!
Blends powder and liquid well (adding a few ice cubes to the mix makes for a perfect blend) – and keeps it COLD.
I really love the circumference/height of the sip spout too (big deal for me) – not too small or too big in my opinion.

I love the shaker, I had an operation and can’t eat solid foods, I make a protein shake and take it everywhere with me, incase I need a booste.
It’s kept cold and delicious. I’m using the vanilla peak blend, and the pure blend ,both are keeping me going and are tasty.
