Can I use Superblend as a meal replacement?
Can I take Superblend if pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not recommended Superblend for pregnant or breastfeeding women due to the added vitamins.
Pregnant women are more at risk from fat soluble vitamins such as Vitamin A.
As Superblend contains 50% and Peakblend contains 17% of the RDA for Vitamin A, we are required to include this disclaimer, since it could be harmful if you over consume the product.

So far I’ve tried the Performance Protein in Tiramisù (it tasted a bit salty at first, but I got used and now I can’t do without it!) and Vanilla (delicious and with a subtle smoky finish).
They are really good with plant based milk or even with just water!
Also I tried Superblend in the Chocolate Salted Caramel flavour and Vanilla. They taste divine, either with water or plant based milk! Plus, they are gentle on my stomach.
I’ll definitely will buy again (and I can’t wait to try the other flavours).
Also I appreciate the fact that the company offers an all vegan range of products. The packaging is sustainable and fully recyclable. It comes with Royal Mail (a national treasure!). The design is so pretty and I love the fact that Form is empowering health care in Gambia. As a vegan and as a nurse I’m very pleased to support this amazing company.

A delicious vegan powder, the only one which I’ve ever finished and I’m about to order more! No bloating, which for me is pretty miraculous. Super tasty ( chocolate salted caramel) , I almost crave it and I often have it in the evenings which helps sway me away from unhealthy choices. Really impressed.

Tried all flavours and have to say all are very good. Very good service, very easy to change items on your subscriptions but best of all is the product. The shakes dissolve easily, taste excellent with water and have very good nutritional balance. I’ve noticed my health improve and my sports performance improve.
I’ve tried a lot of vegan protein powders and this one (both Superblend and Performance) is definitely my favourite. The toffee and tiramisu flavours are not excessively or too artificially sweet and it does not have much of a chemical taste. I usually put the Superblend in oatmeal with unsweetend soy milk and that tastes just really good. On its own, both does require a lot of water, because they is very sweet, but no more so than most other powders. Also very happy with the focus on sustainability.
