Pistachio and matcha may be a trendy combination, but we believe it’s an instant classic that is here to stay! We hope this overnight oats brings you sustained energy and joy. 


  • 200ml Cashew milk
  • 1 tbsp Performance/Superblend Vanilla/Pureblend
  • ½ cup Oats
  • 1 tbsp Chia seed
  • 1 tsp Matcha powder (we used Cloudcha Matcha)
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Pistachio 
  • Pistachio butter
  • Coconut yogurt


  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl, then add the cashew milk, vanilla extract and combine together. Let it soak for at least two hours in the fridge, top with coconut yogurt, pistachio nut butter and enjoy!
  2. If using Pureblend, please sweeten to taste.
