Pumpkin season is well and truly here and these Pumpkin Protein Waffles are the ideal way to celebrate our favourite autumnal ingredient!


  • 1 cup Plant-based milk
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup Plant-based yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup Oil
  • 1/2 cup Self-rising flour
  • 1/2 cup Performance Vanilla Protein
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder


  1. Cook for 3-5 minutes in a waffle maker, or bake in a waffle mould at 180c for 15 minutes.⁠
  2. Once cool, serve with maple syrup
