Pumpkin season is well and truly here and these Pumpkin Protein Waffles are the ideal way to celebrate our favourite autumnal ingredient!
- 1 cup Plant-based milk
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup Plant-based yoghurt
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1/2 cup Self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup Performance Vanilla Protein
- 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- Cook for 3-5 minutes in a waffle maker, or bake in a waffle mould at 180c for 15 minutes.
- Once cool, serve with maple syrup
