Banoffee Protein Waffles
Crispy and light, these Banoffee Protein Waffles are a delight! This recipe is incredibly easy to make, and the only thing that could go wrong is a malfunctioning waffle maker. Just be sure to pour the batter when the waffle maker is hot, and you’ll have perfectly versatile waffles that pair well with anything!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/4 cup Oat flour
- 1/4 cup Performance Banoffee
- 1/2 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 cup + ⅓ cup Almond milk
- 2 Tbsp Coconut oil
- ½ tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
- Fresh raspberries
- Coconut yogurt
- Grated chocolate
- Seeds
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients together, then mix with the wet ingredients.
- Add the batter to a preheated waffle machine, making sure to not overfill it and do not lock it.
- Cook until crisp and golden for 7-9 minutes - do not open before 7 minutes otherwise it will break down.
- Enjoy with your favourite toppings.
